1. Initial Information-Gathering Call

If the project aligns, we schedule an on-site walkthrough. This allows us to see the space, take measurements, discuss details, and identify any potential challenges early
3. Detailed Estimate
Based on the walkthrough, we prepare a clear, detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and projected costs.
4. Revisions & Adjustments
If changes are needed—whether to scope, materials, or approach—we revise the estimate until everything aligns with your expectations
5. Final Bid Approval & Down Payment
Once the final bid is approved, the contract is signed, the down payment is collected, and your project is officially scheduled on our calendar with confirmed start dates
6. First Day of the Project
We arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work. You’ll know exactly what to expect as the project gets underway.
7. Weekly Check-Ins
Throughout the project, we provide regular check-ins to review progress, address questions, and communicate next steps.
8. Final Walkthrough
Once the work is complete, we walk the project with you to ensure everything meets expectations and review any final details.
9. Final Adjustments
Any agreed-upon touch-ups or final changes are completed promptly.
10. Final Payment & Project Close-Out
After everything is finalized and approved, the final payment is made and your project is officially complete.
