Yes, we believe to determine if we are the right fit for your project, it’s best to iron out the details early on. We offer a free call to run through the high-level project specifications, and if we determine we’re a good fit, we do a free in-home walkthrough to learn the details for your estimate.
What is your payment structure?
We take a down payment within the contractor board guidelines when we start the project. From there, the payment process depends on the project duration and cost. The two options are by major milestones or weekly billing. The final payment on either track is not due until after the final walkthrough, and all items are completed.
How do you ensure quality?
We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and industry standards to ensure quality. We are always working to certify all members of our team on the products we use most to reduce human error. That being said, sometimes we do everything right, and a product fails. If that happens, give us a call and we will fix it!
Can I see your past work?
Absolutely! We are working to build a digital gallery, but if you want pictures before then, please let us know, and we can send you some for similar projects that show the end result as well as the details of our quality.
